Franczyza Expo 2027 – Poland's Franchise Trade Fair

Franczyza Expo is the international franchise and business development trade fair held at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn near Warsaw. The 10th edition runs 26-28 January 2027 in Hall E, 10:00-17:00, with free entry and free parking. It brings together brand owners, franchisors, investors, startups and sector experts from Poland and abroad; the 2026 edition featured over 200 franchise brands spanning product and service franchising, technology and entertainment concepts, marketplaces, micromobility and B2B/B2C services. A prime hunting ground for retail tenant demand ahead of the Polish leasing year.
